Booking Terms and Conditions

All bookings with The Exotic Odyssey are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined here.  By making a booking with The Exotic Odyssey, it constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and The Exotic Odyssey as per the Terms and Conditions here:

  1. Booking Confirmation and Mode of Payment
  •  All bookings are handled by The Exotic Odyssey team, or through the websites. A booking is finalised only upon paymentand receipt of the client registration form. 
  • The Exotic Odyssey will email the Travel Itinerary, the booking confirmation document which includes our bank account and payment method details, the deposit amount required to secure your booking, plus the booking Terms and Conditions.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total amount of the booking must be paid by bank transfer, or by credit card payment online via our payment portal within seven days of the issuance of the Booking Confirmation. If the deposit is not received within this time, the booking may be cancelled without further notice.
  • After The Exotic Odyssey receive the 50% deposit, you will receive an invoice showing the receipt of the deposit and the remaining balance. Please note:  International bank transfers can take between 40 hours and 15 days to process.
  • The outstanding invoice balance is to be paid within 30 days of departure by bank transfer or credit card payment.
  • For bookings where the departure is within 30 days, full payment is required.
  • Any delay in the payment or the deposit or balance may result in the cancellation of the booking.
  • The company is not responsible for any changes levied by third parties or financial institutions and payable by you as a result of credit card or other payment transactions The companywill not refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to the company.
  1. Booking Cancellation Policy
  •  25% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees if cancellations are made 30 days before the start of the trip.
  • 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees if cancellations are made between 15-30 days before the start of the trip.
  • No refund i.e., 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees if cancellations are made 0-15 days before the start of the trip.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such circumstances, The Exotic Odyssey will try their best to provide an alternative feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

       3. Refund Policy

  • In case of any cancellation, refunds take a minimum of 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and to be credited to a guest’s bank account.
  • No refund is applicable to unused transportation/any utilised services in any circumstances.
  • There will be no refund on any activity packages if the tour is cancelled after departure, or in the middle of a tour.

Additional Booking Information

  • All travel itineraries are, unless stated, are based on double-share accommodation. Single rooms may be available upon request.  If available, we will advise the extra cost. 
  • After your booking as been confirmed, it is still possible to extend your itinerary. In such cases, a new itinerary will be created and any additional services and expenses will be invoiced to you by The Exotic Odyssey according to your required changes.  All request and changes are subject to availability.
  • Any additional expenses not specifically mentioned under ‘What Is Included’ will be the responsibility of the traveler.
  • Packages mentioned cannot be sold separately. They are ‘combined packages’.
